Friddle is not a doctor who listens at all, all he will do is look up and say uh huh here and there then write you a prescription. If all I wanted was meds I could get that from a street dealer…
Can NEVER get through to a human being. I needed to reschedule my appointment and have called their appointment line 3 times AND emailed their appointment line with no response. Have no idea how to reach them so I guess I will let them call me when I miss my appointment.
They kick you out of you miss to many sessions. I’m sorry I had to go have major surgery to save me .. but thanks for just booting me for no reason . No body there is nice anyways .. they just feed you pills and send you on the way

I wish there was an option that would actually get a person on the phone. Communication has improved recently and Dr. Goodbar is excellent. Front desk staff appear to be miserable each time I have been in the office.
Staff seems unhappy and just not pleasant to talk with. Had one visit with doctor and one with therapist. Needed to talk to a person but no luck. not going to reschedule as they don’t seem to work with you when you have children in school and a job where you have to adjust schedules.
Excellent psychiatric staff and therapy, impossible to get in touch with staff. From what I’ve read it seems that the front desk service has improved, but good look getting someone on the phone. Best bet is just contact by e-mail.

I can never get important medications I need. It’s always a huge hassle. They left me uncovered without my daily needed medicine to function properly just because I switched providers, due to that issue. Would not recommend if you want your medications on the days they’re due.
Front desk consistently messes up appointments. Schedules you with wrong doctor and when you show up on time at 8:05am on Woodruff road for your appointment they will not see you because Dr. Smith is completely booked.
