Honestly if i could give them negative stars then i would. This company is terrible. They have no remorse for their customers and they only care about themselves.
This is the absolute WORST company of any kind that I have EVER dealt with. How they are allowed to continue operation is beyond me. If you are unfortunate enough to have to utilize their services, I wish you luck – you’ll need it.
i wouldn’t give any star if possible. The health department should close this company. we just move to this area and unfortunately we have piedmont water. it mess up all my clothes and i don’t think anybody should use this water for cooking. it is clearly harmful.
Piedmont is truly awful. Their service is subpar and too often their system is unavailable for payment processing. The reviews are an accurate representation of their repugnant service. Get it together, folks. Just because you have a monopoly on service, doesn’t give you the right to be Grade-A horrible people.
