The worst customer service I have ever experienced! The account management Lady is the rudest spiteful person you could talk to. The all need to find different professions!
We have to have Pierce Pepin. From past experiences from other providers, PP is the most expensive. I wish I could switch, but they monopolized the area I live in. The average I pay per month is $350-400 and that’s electricity only.
Extremely bad management…after setting up a payment plan.. they shut me off anyway…and charged a total of 330 dollars plus the bill I couldn’t afford to pay all at once to begin with to turn it back on. I wish we had other options for providers.

The reviews scared the heck out of me but we have had really good experiences with customer service reps and techs to coming to our home. Sure, it’s more expensive living in the country versus when we lived in town but we knew that when we made that decision to get a little further out of town.
I wonder about computer competance in the office. My level pay plan authorized direct pay from my checking account. My monthly statement always said the payment was by credit card. I talked to mgr about this twice. She said there was nothing she could do to make the words reflect direct pay.

Swift Current Connect is affiliated with Pierce Pepin and recently installed my fiber internet. Lost internet connection this last weekend and there was no one there to even take calls. You would think that for such a brand new service they would foresee problems and plan accordingly. Very poor customer service
