Terrible customer service. They post your payments to the wrong accounts, they lose your payments, and take no responsibility. The entire office is a trainwreck.
The older lady that works in there has no customer service skills. She is always rude on the phone. If I had the choice I would not use this company what so ever.. something to think about the next time I move.
