Never had an issue in 30 years.
Had fraud on my account twice, when I contacted them they told me, “there’s nothing we can do about it”. Every time I call or go in they act like I’m a burden to them.
Be prepared to be @ drive thru for a long time,be sure to bring lunch & plenty of water,its like this everytime we come here,I tell my wife to switch banks but she dont listen to me

Rude & Racist! You better NOT want your own money out of your account oh nooooo because they will give you a hassle! They are NOT use to handling large amount transactions! So be poor or be ready to be treated like a criminal!! Elizabeth the assistant manager is very rude & won’t help!!

My wife and I have been with pcfcu for many years, using the Maricopa branch, and the staff have always been very helpful and friendly to us. They are a very nice alternative to using the mega banks, who have basically scared us away with their fees and policies.
Hate the online banking it’s so difficult to use it’s constantly locking me out or signing me out. Horrible system you should consider something else because I may leave the bank because of how inconvenient it is.!
