My Apple phone dose not work very well on Pine Cellular. People trying to call would get messages saying my phone is out of service and a message #5 notice, I had there service about three months I had nothing but problems.

Friendly customer service. I had to get a new phone. They explained the pricing of the phone and recommended a phone good for movies. The only downside was we were not able to transfer all my stuff to new phone. I will try to do that at my home with the high speed internet. The Broken Bow store internet is slow or so I’m told

Broken Bow customer service is so great. A lady named Grace always helps me with my phone. She is awesome. As of the signal service it is frustrating. I know they are working on better tower signal so I am continuing to be patient.

I was on hold for 30 min, I decided to just redial them and they immediately picked back up. Not very reliable.
