The ladies there took forever to assist me and they saw me stepping in, no clients were there at the time so weren’t busy. I felt discriminated by them in a way, they told me with attitude that I couldn’t make a payment with my credit card, it was cash only. I had to walk out and send payment by mail ever since.
The lady in the office (Joann) is so rude! She has some of the worst customer service skills around. She doesn’t let you speak, she is abrupt, and truly has a lack of concern or care for the company’s customers. How she manages to stay with the company is beyond me!
