Everybody in this office needs retraining!!!! Very unprofessional and have no knowledge of anything!!! They will hound you about a payment you’ve already made but hang up on you or never return a call when your having an issue with you account…. Close the whole office down!!!!

I’ve had them for years with no problems. Just really wish someone would modify their online banking. It used to be so user friendly and I never had problems with it. Now that they changed it over to the new system I can never accesses my account. It’s constantly making me reset my password and then locks me out.

Maybe they need to check the routings of there phone. I have to call two other areas to get an answered call. The mornings are the worst.
Not as fancy as the the big banks but they get the job done. Their technology is slowly catching up.
