At pinnacle the only dr that helped me there was dr prevastano he’s so very nice and he helps u go to other drs for help. This night I went he was there and another dr the other dr I didn’t get his name he was so mean very mean and rude talking to me like I’m a child and I’m 40 years old he needs to be out of that hospital!!!

People handling initial phone calls are not helpful at all. Lack of knowledge and or training with condescending attitudes. Will do everything to avoid coming here again. Person who had procedure done was happy with the procedure. Just a matter of getting past the initial people taking phone calls.
Not once, but twice they screwed up our appointments . They called and said come on a certain date and time then couldn’t find the appointment when we arrived. Tried to blame the doctor’s office. We will never go to Pinnacle again!
I was questioned about my previous scripts and treated like a drug addict (which I’m not) they said it was muscle spasms and sent me out the door in 2 minutes with muscle relaxers. Needless to say i ended up in the emergency room to get an x ray and ultrasound for a blood clot. I will never come back here again!

Despite the probability that she needed to care for other patients and had responsibilities she needed to tend to she stopped and held my hand until I drifted back to sleep.

The only reason I gave them three stars is because I left a voice mail to get some information and used their e-mail form to ask a question. I have not received one call back from them to this date.

Urgent care staff was very kind and patient. They always take time to listen to concerns and answer questions. Recently my child was misdiagnosed by another urgent care a couple days prior to bringing him in to Pinnacle. Pinnacle got him right in, diagnosed him and sent meds to pharmacy quickly. He improved drastically over night.
