This is one of the most disorganized places I’ve ever been. Rude and unprepared recepcionists, it took me over a month to have the authorization/prescription the way they needed… just to get there and wait 2 hours because some lady had the prescription in her computer but not in the system.

Came in for a pelvic ultrasound, was instructed to drink 60 oz of water 30 minutes before appointment. An hour after the appointment time, still hasn’t been called and my bladder was about to burst. Thanks for nothing.
Went in for an MRI the staff was very attentive, went inside as soon as I arrived for my appointment. It is also a very clean facility would recommend it to anyone.

They are so slow and do not respect your time. They do not talk to you at all and are badly organized. My appointment was at 2:15, I arrived at 2:00 incase there was paper work to be done, and it’s almost three and still waiting.
This is the worst place to have any test done. It took me 10 calls to finally get these imbeciles to fax my results to my Docter. I plan to sue them for negligence if their delay caused my situation to deteriorate. They are also very unprofessional because I think they cater to poor people. Do not go to this place.
