THE DOCTOR THAT I SAW … I FELT LIKE I WAS GETTING INTERROGATED … THEN HE WOULD KEEP COMPARING ME TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEN HIMSELF… I HAVE NEVER FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE WITH A DOCTOR IN MY LIFE.. AND I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF DOCTORS IN MY LIFE.. STARTING WITH SHRINERS HOSPITAL.
They have been nothing but amazing to me. The one doctor ive continued to see has been very helpful in trying to help give me the best possible routes for my back injury all the while helping me manage my pain as best she can as well.
Zero, this place is completely unprofessional talking about my medical information in the lobby after waiting for 30 min. 2 month wait to be treated like a drug addict and garbage. I’ll seek the help I need through other means you should as well.

The worst doctor office I’ve ever been to. The receptionist is the rudest person ever. The billing department is a mess! I have to call with every bill because of mistakes. I wait over an hour even when I’m on time for my appointment. The only good thing is Dr. Dechter.
Some of the staff is wonderful and kind, but I dealt with one N.P. that was so unnecessarily cruel that I often left the office in tears. Scheduling was torture and often changed without my knowledge so I was late more than once to appointments. Front desk at the Trios location was usually rude and intimidating.
They hold to their own opinions no matter what the patient says until the tests come back proving the patient’s claims. Then they all change their stories and opinions. They assume, and treat people, as if they are liars or exaggerating their conditions until MRIs, blood work and xrays show that the patients are telling the truth.
It takes several tries to get anyone to answer, or call you back if you can get thru to an answering machine. Had an appointment at 10:30, got there at 10, in which the Secretary said I was late and couldn’t be seen, so had to reschedule. …

Sherry is the only nice person at pinnacle. I would go anywhere but this place. They are very rude. They don’t even follow their own rules.
The wait time here can be a little long but that’s expected in any Dr’s office. Precious Stone is very caring and listens to what my problems are.
