Worst Company to deal with. Never ever buy product from this company. We are cancelling all our vendor contracts with this company. Always out of products, poor customer service. Management has no clue about anything.
I swear, these people must go for training to be so rude and unwilling to help. I don’t understand why the home office won’t correct this. After reading reviews, this is rampant throughout the company. Either these employees have to pass a rudeness test to get hired, or the employees are trained to be rude.
If I could leave less than one star I would. I have been trying to contact someone in corporate about some false charges on my account, left a few messages and no calls back. My local branch is also incredibly unhelpful and rude.

I have a conflict with Pinnacle on my billing. I have left 7 messages over a 2 month period of time to talk to someone. Granbury, never answers, doesn’t return calls. Sad, because when it was Cleburne Propane they gave a damn about their customers.

So sad that they have made this change to pinnacle propane. I miss United Propane. Now that they are pinnacle, you can never get a hold of anyone. You call and your number “20-50” something. I’m looking into making a switch asap.
We called over a week ago for a fill-up. Nothing! With the upcoming cold weather,we tried to call back and finally we received a call back and were treated poorly. We e never had any problems when it was United
Driver came and filled my tank. But he was completely green. He could not get his hose disconnected. He banged on my tank numerous times for reasons unknown to me. Then I find out he left my tank over full. The gauge reads 110+ %. I have a bomb next to my house now. I cannot get a hold of them and don’t know what to do.
Our propane is out- no hot shower, no heat. Pinnacle has not reached out to assist. Online Bill pay system is terrible and never worked to make payments. Had to call in and wait on hold. NEED PROPANE FILLED ASAP.
