I called before coming to make delivery women on the phone said I can come in any time. I got here and now they are saying that we don’t open till six in the evening. It’s eight o clock now and they still haven’t offloaded me. Women on the phone said they were FCFS. But truck came after came and getting offloaded before mine ….
I arrived about 12 hrs ahead of my appt. I called and the guy I talked to went above in trying to get me unloaded that night. It wasn’t possible, but they checked me in for first thing in the AM. Problem is he wrote on the BOL my appt was …

Super liers! “Pinto Bros” never works on Saturday cuz they told me they would take that day but this is BS! they promised me and makes appointment on Saturday 9am and now afternoon already, which is nobody arrived yet! Guys again make %100 sure before you take this

Nothing to say 11 hours of wait to get the door and 1-hour unloading, they lay on us and said I have a truck in front but we figure they give a high priority for shipping and after that, they do unloading my appointment was 8 AM checked in 6 AM
