Horrible customer service horrible rates and my power goes out all the time. They refuse to update lines they refuse to do anything but keep increasing your bills every month for no reason other than the fact that they lost money investing in natural gas but it doesn’t softer CEO and they’re board from getting bonuses every year
The young men worked so very hard for us. So polite and understanding. And worked in extreme conditions. There’s no way to repay what they did for our Starlington community. God bless them all!!!

Pioneer is too expensive plus they seem to be slow at getting the power back on. Maybe the equipment is too old a needs replaced. Not sure but I have never lived anywhere where the power goes out so easy

Prices are higher than surrounding electric companies. Worst part about Pioneer is that they do a poor job of trimming trees to prevent an outage.

Quick to respond to power outage. If a storm is coming they go out and check line before any problems.
