I deal with this company as a property manager and I always speak with a lady in the office named Sarah D. and she is so super nice every time I call in with in questions. Very friendly and makes my day every time I have an interaction with her. Super gal! 🙂
I work all day everyday, I am single man. I get my kids on a Friday for overnight sleep and every other weekends until Monday evening. I work from 6am to 8pm yet my bill is always over 120.$. Why I don’t know. They are horrible and every apartment complex seem to want to use them because they profit from their service
This company is by far the worse. They charge you triple what your suppose to be charged they’ve disconnected my electric when i paid and claimed that i paid it 30 minutes before the technician got dispatched, they won’t work with you or credit fees that was caused by them. NEVER do business with them
