What a horrible company..Just saw on news, this CRAPPY RIP OFF company refused pay claim to a grieving Mother for her son she had insured. He had been tragically murdered.
They set a appointment posing to give you free discounts on healthcare and than they review your policys and before you know it there signing you up for something you didn’t want .
Worst Customer service I couldn’t get the right person to talk too about my policy then they said that they will refund my money direct deposit but now it turn out they never did and I am dealing with them to return my money the worst life insurance company ever I don’t recommend it
The agent I spoke with, Guillermo, was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company and request you ask for him to help you.
I do like pioneer life insurance they worked with me to get insurance on my older mother the prices were a little high but they still were able to do it

Then it schedule for. It is now over 30 days still no refund.
They are rip off.
I don’t understand why it takes 30 days to process a claim. We are already dealing with the trauma of losing our loved one, now we have to deal with this. SMH
Did not like the fact of paying up front without any papers in front of me. Person advised that is how its dint only from telemarketing. Total turnoff, could of been a scam as far as I know.
This company tell lies my mom got a policy through them we cancel the policy then they tell us she have another policy which they were still taking money from her account, they say the samething we cancel this policy months ago and the money they took we couldn’t get back this company is a rip off!!

They are very nice , never had a issue yet . If you have any issues with paper work they fix it as soon as they can . I would definitely recommend and they are very responsible for whole life plan. Thank you from a satisfied customer. Thank you Bernita for referring me .
It was OK. Nothing fantastic not horrible. Not for me. I prefer a more NYC style pie. This one had little sauce, little cheese and the dough was nothing amazing. Try for yourself.

She wouldn’t answer my questions but kept saying she already answered them. Then she began yelling and interrupting me. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a business over the phone. And we haven’t even signed up with them. They were just trying to gain us as potential customers. What a joke.
I have had a wonderful experience with pioneer , they continue to provide a quick response when helping with my husbands return of premium return policy and i have searched several companies and they have the best living benefits to protect our money ! will be looking into a policy for my mother shortly
I have been at pioneer life insurance company for at least 5 years and I’ve never had any problem whatsoever with them even if I missed a payment they still work with me and let me catch up they didn’t just cut me off but I would recommend them to anybody
Excellent well stablish company, my husband got a Term policy with them and he is very happy with his coverage, they are extremely flexible in terms of accommodating the client in terms of payment delay, policy changes and their customer service is outstanding.
You company should make Mrs Rachel the example of EXAMPLES to emulate as far as knowledge and customer service. My mom died and Mrs Rachel was very compassionate with my Dad and I and extremely knowledgeable explain the claims process.
