  1. What a horrible company..Just saw on news, this CRAPPY RIP OFF company refused pay claim to a grieving Mother for her son she had insured. He had been tragically murdered.

  12. She wouldn’t answer my questions but kept saying she already answered them. Then she began yelling and interrupting me. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a business over the phone. And we haven’t even signed up with them. They were just trying to gain us as potential customers. What a joke.

I have had a wonderful experience with pioneer , they continue to provide a quick response when helping with my husbands return of premium return policy and i have searched several companies and they have the best living benefits to protect our money ! will be looking into a policy for my mother shortly

  14. I have been at pioneer life insurance company for at least 5 years and I’ve never had any problem whatsoever with them even if I missed a payment they still work with me and let me catch up they didn’t just cut me off but I would recommend them to anybody

  15. Excellent well stablish company, my husband got a Term policy with them and he is very happy with his coverage, they are extremely flexible in terms of accommodating the client in terms of payment delay, policy changes and their customer service is outstanding.
