This company hosted our toll free incoming phone line. It was giving a ring in tone but would not complete the circuit. Customers would assume we were closed. This happened six times in two months. They are terrible with service. Stay away from this awful company.

I have been a customer since 2011 and have never experienced any difficulties. Recently, Microsoft blocked the receipt of any emails from Pioneer to my account, including my bills. When I called Pioneer, Paula was extremely helpful and provided a solution. I would highly recommend this company.
