Went in to the ER. They gave me a prognosis instead of a diagnoses. They were wrong. They didn’t run any tests of any sort besides an EKG even though it wasn’t my chest. If I could give less stars, I would.
The nurses and staff were very caring. I received prompt attention from the doctor and had a wonderful experience.

After our little girl suffered a spine injury from gymnastics, Pleasant Valley Hospital’s physical therapists helped her heal and build strength. Allie is back at Bozhi’s Gymnest giving it her all as a level 9 Junior Olympic Gymnast. She is less talk and more chalk – all the way! Thank you Pleasant Valley Hospital.
Some of the staff are excellent. The rest are extremely lacking in not only common sense but in bed side manner. Last time my mom was admitted we had to bath her, assist her to the rest room, or she would have been there over a week without end a sponge bath.

My dad recently had a heart attack and he went through the ER at PVH. They stabilized him and flew him to St. Mary’s in no time of coming through the doors. Overall great service from the ER staff.
