I think their inspector works on commisions based on number of violations he/she could make. We live in our house for over 12 years, this is the first time we got a threaten letter (first letter) saying that they are going to fined us daily because of weeds on the bed. As a homeowner I have found dealing with this company to be very difficult. Careless mistakes on closing documents, surprise fees and unreturned calls are not the way to treat the homeowners. They may be very responsive to the HOA boards but the service they provide to the homeowners is unacceptable.
