Amazing customer service and great coverage
Advertises 100mbps wired connection. In reality I only have 10mbps at best. Called support and they told me to use a wireless connection because it’s faster. The wifi is not even available though because the connection is not strong enough. What a joke.
These guys are constantly building out new infrastructure all over the Pacific Northwest, and going above and beyond for their customers. The best part is definitely their customer service – they’re fast!

These guys are absolutely amazing. Awesome customer service and internet speed. You get far more than you pay for with these guys. Beware of frontier when living in rural areas, always go with these guys.
