Very unhappy with there service…incompetent workers and very frustrating to have to deal with a bank that holds my hard earned dollars…they don’t pay me for my time with there incompetent mistakes!!!
I used to use this bank until I went to their location on exchange street in Chicopee. Their workers there were very rude, pushy and belittling. A customer should never be talked down to like they’re dumb and that is how they made me feel. So, that is why I no longer do business with this company.
We have had business with them for at least 10 years. Home Mortgage, checking and savings accounts. Very helpful and always there when I call. I have recently closed an account with another bank and happy I did.
So happy we switched over to PNCU Martha and Betzy are so enjoyable to work with and the entire Front Street line is great. Great rates and they really exceed exceed expectations for customer service and knowledge of the products I was looking for.
