My grandmother comes here and the wait time is awful. He is never repaired for the visit and neither are his office staff. Not recommended.

Absolutely no diversity or inclusion. No one speaks Spanish and the office was not willing to engage a language line to assist the patient.
The person who answered the phone could not even answer basic questions.
Ponzio is just an insurance company puppet. Did not listen to what I was say, except when he wanted to twist my words, and repeatedly said “some people don’t want to work” suggesting that I didn’t want to work. Should not be a doctor.
