Originally I had taken a loan from Journey CU, but when I checked to see if they had taken the payment, Portland had no record of an agreement. Trying to call them, I learned they would call me back. Eventually I turned to Portland and they took over the loan at a better rate. Great job.

Great communication, easy as 1, 2 and 3 to deal with. I have had five auto loans with this credit union and all were very simple, competitive rates and terms. Customer service is second to none, which is huge these days as we have seen service go down at a lot of places but not here. Its better than ever.

We just applied to be preapproved for an auto loan and it was a no hassel experience. We have always had wonderful service when getting loans through the credit union.
