My experience from checking in.. to completion of my MRI was flawless. I was rather nervous about my MRI but the radiology tech calmed my nerves and put me at ease.
Dr Fernandez and the office staff are 5 star. They are helpful, efficient and interested in me. Dr Fernandez is thorough and wholistic in his care. He explains his actions and teaches me about my condition, tests and treatment plan.
Received excellent care for my husband in the Same Day Surgery Department. The entire staff was courteous, efficient & very caring.
If you end up with Dr. Banks… find a different hospital. The absolute unprofessionalism and lack of care my friend received for her CHRONIC ILLNESS was absurd. He did nothing to help my friend except make her feel awful. I’m only putting 2 stars because the nurses were actually helpful and very kind.

I have just recently completed the second cataract surgery in the outpatient surgery center, and was very impressed with the entire procedure for both. The intake and recovery nurses were efficient, professional, very helpful. The actual surgery was a snap, painless and quick. Recovery is also going well.
