This place likes to harass with phone calls. They say you have a 10 day grace period, but after 3 days, we start to get harassing phone calls and they can be extremely rude.
Was just trying to get into a locked account and they helped me very quickly and stayed on the line till I got in on my end. very hassle free.
The new portal has some minor hiccups, but after speaking to Roxanna and Belinda, the issues seem to be straightened out. However, I was not pleased that I had to make two phone calls to accomplish making a payment. The new portal is not a exciting as stated in the emails.
