If you get hit by one of their insured you have to go to court don’t wait on them they will never return your phone calls and never come to assess the claim they are not really protecting their insured either I would advise to stay away from them for insurance they will avoid your claim and leave you open for a judgement and lawsuit.

  6. Would give 0 stars if it was an optoin: 1 late payment – they cancelled us and didn’t notify us about it – then they refused to reinstate us, causing hundreds of dollars in fees to dmv – would not recommend to anyone – PLEASE pay a little extra a month for a better company.

  12. I really appreciate the customer service that I have received with my home insurance. I have had my home insured with Preferred Mutual for many years and have always had the greatest service.

  13. Bad company. I have insurance with them for my company. They denied my case with a fine print incomprehensible reason. So I have to put a lawyer knowing that I was losing money. But at least I knew that I was right. Don’t insure with them. Bad company and arrogant people.

  18. Awful experience attempting to contact agent assigned to my claim. Didn’t call me until 3 days AFTER my accident, consistently unavailable. This was my first accident and I’ve never experienced something so frustrating in my life. No regard for the client at all whatsoever.
