Phone operator was extremely helpful in all aspects of getting WiFi hooked up, very prompt and polite. Everything went as it should.
They can’t seem to get our business phones to ever work correctly and say they have it fixed when its not. Too bad they have a monopoly in this area.

Was good till today was told last fall they were going to directnal bore fiber to all the houses here come home today and it’s knifed in what I told them I didn’t want that becuse I don’t like what it does to the yard. So much for what I was told
We have a good internet package and 99% of the time we only get half of the promised speed if were lucky. Not good at all.
I have used Premier Communications since the beginning. Have had no major issues. Any issue that has come up has been met with courteous, and skillful help.

We have not had any service issues , however the service is expensive we feel for what you get . – offer better bundles ……… dish with internet is actually cheaper than you guys . Very sad our local companies cant offer something more competitive and are considering going Dish .

Was originally told my services would be 90/mo. Ended up paying 140/mo. for the slowest internet I’ve ever had. Channels only include like 4 HD channels. ESPN and other channels do not have HD for 140 a month?! I pay 140 for my new service w over 200 HD channels and internet is 5x faster. (Literally). Use DirecTV.
Excellent service, they even fixed another vendors issue when doing work for us. Friendly staff and a quick response late on a holiday weekend.

I’ve loved having Premier Communications as an Internet Service Provider. Their fast speeds and reasonable pricing is fantastic. But the best thing about Premier Communications is their reliability. I haven’t experienced any internet outages while being a Premier Communications customer.

I personally had a great experience with premier. They was very helpful with setting up my internet service and the technician Martin was very professional when he showed up on time and made sure everything was working before he left.
