It was way better before they got all the new people. Now no one smiles… they all look bored while working. Also hate that if someone stole my visa debit that we have to pay for a new one. Like haven’t we already been through enough after it being stolen?

I went in and filled out for holiday loan and its been two days and have not heard back. I’ve been calling 10 times a day for Manteca and Stockton and get the same recording and box is full. Very disappointing that I’ve been with them 21 years and have not had this happen before
They won’t and don’t help you with any loans. He have to have beyond excellent credit. This is not a bank that helps its customers. Its not about the community, its about making more money. They get hacked alot as well. They can’t keep a worker longer then a few months.
I am a Premier Credit Union member and I always receive great service, especially from Frankie. He is always an excellent worker and is always very helpful. They are great to have him as an employee.

Today there were 7 customers waiting in line and the credit union only had 1 window open even though there were four other staff persons walking around.
I called today to ask if their lobby was open and the person said that it was until 5:30 after waiting 15 minutes to talk to a representative. We drove 40 miles to find that the bank was completely closed! So frustrated, with gas prices so high, we don’t have the money to be wasting driving around!!!!
