We are a full-service, freestanding, outpatient medical imaging facility providing a wide range of outpatient diagnostic testing services, including state-of-the-art Open MRI and Smartcurve mammograms. Our medical imaging services include MRI, CT, 3D mammograms, DEXA bone scans, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, and X-rays. Plus, we offer back pain and joint pain injections, and biopsies. Our radiologists are board-certified. We are located in Premier Medical Park, in Cookeville, TN. We are in Putnam County near the cities of Algood, Baxter, and Monterey, and just a short drive from Crossville, Jamestown, Livingston, Sparta, and other Upper Cumberland and Middle Tennessee locations. Walk-in x-rays from 8 am – 4:45 pm.

I have been in there 4 or 5 times in the past year and everytime and every person I’ve encountered has been nothing but nice and professional. It’s not the “nice because they have to be”, You can tell everyone is happy to be there.
