I had an urgency issue happened on the way to my appointment and I called to explain and requested to reschedule my appointment. I was charged $55. The admin has really a bad attitude!
All the people were super nice, especially Dr. Ella, and the only thing that remotely hurt in my root canal was the numbing needles. Awesome experience!
Literally the most painless and easiest root canal ever. Plus Dr. Jones and the staff are super friendly, helpful and caring. I will not go anywhere else for a root canal again. I strongly recommend them.
I absolutely love dr. Jones. She takes pride in her work and is ridiculously skilled. I’m definitely a bit of a regular to this practice and though I might come in crying from the pain I always leave with a smile on knowing that everything is going to be ok. Do not go anywhere else but here if you need a root canal.
Dr. Jones is wonderful. I especially like that she alerted me to every sound I would hear and told me in advance everything to expect. Everything was just as she said it would be. So in the end…I was a nervous patient for no reason at all!
Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would laugh during a root canal. The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff and doctors welcoming and professional. I left there smiling – not easy with a bunch of novocaine still at work.
Dr. Batsevitsky (Bella), was so kind, patient and skilled, she really blew me away. The practice is highly equipped, runs like clockwork and all of the assistants are amazing, too. I don’t really want to get another root canal, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Premier Endodontics if I need another.
Dr. Jones is just amazing. I usually face a lot of dental anxiety but Dr. Jones did a terrific job calming me during the procedure. She took her time to explain me what was going on with my tooth.
