They have excellent care right down the street at ST FRANCIS URGENT CARE. At 1801 E. KENOSHA ST. BROKEN ARROW, OK. 74012. That’d be the smart thing to do.
I came here to have my ear checked out, maybe a 20 minute ordeal. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and then another 20 in the exam room. I don’t know what took them so long but I ended up having to leave before I even got examed. Kind of frustrating.
If I could give e No stars I would have. His staff is so incompetent. Lost all my paperwork so I couldn’t be called when doctor not available to attend my scheduled time. A patient’s time is valuable too!

I have had absolutely the best care here. I have been here several times in the past year and a half through the urgent care and have always been seen quickly. When my doctor couldn’t get me in, they could. I’m making them my primary doctor!

The lady at the front refused to give me care because they’re short staffed. I saw the lobby with people, obviously your business picks and chooses. I’m a healthcare worker myself and have NEVER refused care to someone because of how “short staffed we are.” EVERYWHERE is short staffed. So ridiculous.

Front desk staff are rude and lack empathy. Medical staff who saw my daughter diagnosed a throat infection with fever, but refused to prescribe any medication. Now fever is climbing and they won’t see her again for 4 days. Now we’re forced to go to a mi or emergency to get the medication she needs.
This place has gone downhill since Dr. Childs left. The staff is very rude, you see a different Dr everytime you go for a visit and the office manager needs to be fired asap. Warren Clinic is down the street. Amazing staff and compassionate down to earth Dr.
