Staff is awful. Sonya is beyond rude. Karen has not returned any of my phone calls. Their billing department is basically a boiler room.

If you smoke Do not see this doctor. 3 times they were supposed send meds to pharmacy and didn’t. If you smoke he will not take you seriously. He will talk to you like you are his child and blow off all your questions

This used to be Sussex County Medical Associates, after it was taken over by Premier Health – I’ve had nothing but problems with their billing department (and I have excellent insurance) – and cannot make an appointment for a physical within 5 months. I brought my family here after moving to the area and needing a primary doctor. I got hounded with calls from their billing department or should I say, “boiler room”. I was then directed to a Karen who has never returned one of my I lost count of how many calls. Sonya? Just rude. I barely write reviews but this had to be said.
Dr Lundy and the nurses who cared for me were excellent. His bedside manner allows you to relax and he cares. The nurses were all awesome, friendly and caring. I had a great experience here!!

The doctors are fantastic…the nurse and reception are incompetent and disorganized. You have to keep calling multiple times to get something done and there is zero communication on their end, and they never call you back. It’s a shame …
They are busy, but I must say they have always treated my family well! I have even had doctors attend to me “off” hours with a virtual visit which has saved me endless hours waiting at an emergency room, or going to an urgent care, most of which have much less convenient hours than Premier Health has.
