Premier Healthcare Associates Reviews ( 34 )

  1. Dr Joshi gave me a diagnosis, now in return no other rheumatologist wants to give me a second opinion. Beware of the diagnosis fibromyalgia. I informed Dr Joshi of the situation, she advised me to follow up with my PCP. Leaving me felling very unwelcome and that I don’t matter.

  2. they’ll run your pockets dry. Send lab request left and right and schedule you on their time, not yours. They’ll have the nerve to send lab requests one day and ask you to come back a month later and somehow not have the lab results yet expect you to pay for the consolation and the next when the lab results actually do come in.

  3. The person making the appointments I believe her name is lisa is sooo rude i had called to make an appointment Since I was going to be a new Patient when I finish talking to her she rudely hung up on me this place is a joke Would not recommend them

  4. Poor. Don’t use this practice!! I was a patient for over 10 years and year over year the service went down hill. Getting messages, refills, setting appointments, etc is way too difficult. Many other great choices out there! Do not use them.

  5. Finally a doctor that listens!! Dr. Morianu has been wonderful. He is the first doctor who has actively treated my condition. He has always made me feel that he cares about my overall well being and listens to what I have to say.

  6. Dr. Michael J. Strachan, M.D. was terrible. Aside from his Marilyn Monroe fetish (in the office?? Seriously??), he refused to treat me because he made the cursory determination that I don’t have a rheumatologist required disease. He was …

  7. I’m a patient of Dr. Strachan. I’m extremely disappointed with some of the staff at this office. It took me over a month of numerous phone calls and requests to get a copy of my medical records (I can’t just go pick them up because I work …

  8. Wait times are awful. Front office staff loud and very talkative about personal issues. Since new check in procedures no front staff want to greet or say Hi to patients . DR. (I won’t post name) is very nice, concerned, good listener and helpful with health issues but her staff can not keep schedule flowing (always always behind).

  9. Dr Bailey went out of her way to accommodate me, a new patient, who recently moved to the area and who was in between insurance companies. I’ve never experienced such amazing empathy from a doctor. Her staff was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Bailey.

  10. If I could give this office 0 stars I would. My partner waited 3 months for her appointment just to be told they won’t take her because she has ADHD. What kind of “doctor” discriminates against patients based on what ailments they have? Trash. Don’t go here

  11. I have been a rheumatology patient since 2008. Dr. Morianu is completely patient centered and always has my best interests at heart. He visited me in a hospital 2 hours from his office after I had my daughter. When I have had billing or nurse problems they were resolved quickly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  12. Very disappointed. The doctor was rude, condescending. Didn’t suggest tests, labs to diagnose my issues. Strange fixation on Marilyn Monroe, odd decor.
Staff was unprofessional, loud, heard laughing through doors. …

  13. I have gone to this practice for years, and now it would seem that patients are not the primary concern of this practice anymore, they are more concerned with all they have to do and how you need to just accept that you are no longer a …

  14. Dr Strachan and his nurse are awesome!!! The billing department leaves a lot to be desired, being on Humira I am supposed to get my liver levels checked every 4 months and have been a patient here for about 7 years. I missed a payment …

  15. Bad service, refused to assist with the necessary resources needed in order to take adequate time away from work due to severe inflammation and the inability to work and perform daily living skills. Lab work is never discussed prior to next …

  16. Dr.Crognale is the best! My husband and I are both patients of hers.. I have been able to get a “sick” appt on same day instead of having to go to “Doc in a Box”. She never rushes us and I feel she is thorough in her assessments. I like …

  17. Amazing office ! Friendly! Kind! Thourough!
Dr Tammy Spirngs listened to my concerns. Engaged in conversation! Staff was all friendly and welcoming! The Lab guy rocked ! So glad I found this office !

  18. If this rating was for the nurse, Michelle, I would be giving a 5+. Unfortunately I am writing about how dismissed I felt, on both of my visits (w/ two different doctors). They felt my joints & said “you just have osteoarthritis & …

  19. Less than helpful. Did not offer ANY solutions. No medication offered to try and help symptoms. I have joint pain and clear joint inflammation with hives but was advised to see a dermatologist. Rheumatology is the study of joints, muscles, …

  20. Jo-Ann Taylor, the medical director of the office that I’ve been with for 6 years now, dropped me as a patient yesterday over the phone. I had a death in the family & called to reschedule my last appt on 8/16/2021. Lisa, at the front desk, …

  21. The nurses and PAs are caring, the doctors are mediocre and and office is the worst. For the two years I’ve been with them it’s been nothing but issues left and right. When I asked them to send my prior authorization to a new infusion …

  22. My doctor is awesome. Been seeing her for many years 20+. The office is the worst. The phone system doesn’t work – kept pressing 1 for appointment but it popped back to the introduction message. Tried selecting 2 for nurse, Same problem. …

  23. My dad visited this clinic a couple months ago for some pain he had on his hands due to arthritis and we just got prescribed over the counter pills like tylenol, it was pretty disappointing and not to mention the almost 200$ bill. The staff …

  24. Dr. Spring is great. The way the office is run, not so much. When they call and email you the reminder for your appointment, there is no phone number listed to call to reschedule, or a cancellation/reschedule option in the email. If you …

  25. First, the good: Rain at the front desk is thoughtful, effective, and professional (they should put her in charge!).
And now the bad: there’s a reason this place has a 2.5 star average on Google. …
