Poor communication with their customers, very slow/inefficient, poor customer service (if you call you will reach a call center to resolve the plentiful issues you will have, and even then, there is no guarantee that someone will be available). Obviously I’m not the only one.

Banking with this group is absolutely ridiculous. I have had numerous issues, the latest being trying to pay off my credit card bill. I am trying to give them money. This is insane.
We asked for a direct depost form but the one they gave us had the wrong routing number so when our dd was supposed to come through it got lost and then they tryed to say it was our falt insted of trying to fix it they just kept passing the blame from me to my employer ever since the merge with pmcu the customer service is horrible
Beware if you use auto draft they will take funds out of your account 3 days before or 3 days after you request the funds to be taken out……. If i had another option of Auto Lender i defiantly would not use Premier!!!!
An aggressive commercial bank posing as a credit union. If there is a way to challenge their right to operate as a credit union, it ought to be done.
These guys are a joke their communication sucks they won’t give out any information that we need when you provide them all the information that they need I suggest you go away and stay away from them for many of our long-term we’ve never received a bill or statement regarding how much has been paid and they refused to give us one

I was a former member of the BVCU of 20+ years prior to be acquired by PMCU. The attitude towards customers and the meaning of being a Credit Union versus a bank has been lost. Sad but true.

I’ve been unhappy with BVCU’s customer service. I’ve gotten a lot of rude people. Recently, I’ve had an experience where they charged me an absurd amount of interest, nearly twice as usual, but couldn’t explain why. I think the term is Gross Negligence.
I have been with BVCU for over 12 years and have had no trouble with them. They are easy to talk to and always helpful. I love my credit union!
They actually get a negative five stars. Shady financing. An $11,000 auto loan turned into over $21,000. 50 percent interest? I am intelligent enough to know how interest works. Not sure how their figuring the interest, but some one is filling thier pockets. Reported to the BBB.
I would give them less stars if I could. These people are just the worst to deal with. They told me they didn’t receive my payment, ask me to stop payment with my bank and pay cash just to find out later they did have my check. They cost me time, fees and I would never like to deal with them again.
During the transition from Boulder Valley in 2016 for several weeks there many problems, which must why there are so many negative reviews. Now, a year later, I find all banking services functioning well and customer communication fine.
I am so grateful for this institution’s help. I’m visiting from another state and had a complicated problem trying to get cash out from my local credit union after forgetting the pin on my new card.
