The staff at Bethesda is very friendly and personable. The Rockville branch is not. The biggest problem is trying to get information in a timely manner. No service after 4 on weekdays, limited online help especially on weekends and later in the evening. After many years of this I am closing my account.
Good branch personnel, low interest on deposits,, poor phone service. We’ve been banking here for over 2 decades and have witnessed the degradation of phone service and the absolute bottoming out of interest paid on checking and savings. They seem to charge fees on everything. Only saving grace is service at Tysons branch.
I have banked here for many years. Never had any problems. They just installed a new ATM and it looks pretty fancy. Also they keep a nicely stocked candy bowl next to the deposit slips and the branch is located right next to a Starbucks.
