Working for this company has been a wonderful experience. From the management to the coworkers they are friendly and helpful. I am a new employee and they really make me feel welcomed.
Every phone call was a pleasant experience. The employees answered my questions and stayed on the phone with me to resolve a problem I had when I first started my monitoring. Wish every company had as competent and friendly employees.
Horrible service , you call in and are placed on hold for excess of 10 min . The strips are suppose to last for 3 days , they lasted about one day . I called for strips for sensitive skin , they sent me EKG monitor strips !!!! Not impressed
Add mine to a long list of bad reviews. The only problem is, sitting in the Dr’s office when they tell you, you should use a monitor you don’t really have time or the ability to look up the company and the bad reviews they have. What a racket they have going!!!!
In the verification department they are only hiring minorities so they can pay them minimum wage. And they are firing all the good experience workers and sometimes does not want to pay them their vacation that was earned. And they’re exploiting the students of Texas School of Business
Frequently took an HOUR to get it to connect. (Has to be changed twice daily) When I called, they said turn units off, then restart. Also, change the patch every day. Didn’t get enough patches for that. Ordered more, but never got them. Not very user friendly.
Horrible product. After being told my copay would be $35 I received a bill for $166. Additionally, when I removed the device from my chest it litterally ripped several patches of my skin off my body. I would not recommend this product to any cardiologist or patient.
Negative rating is what it really needs. This company is horrible. You can explain what the problem is 15 times and they still dont get it!!! Smartphone doesnt work. And will take 3 days to get another shipped! What a joke!!!
I paid them via bill pay from my bank. Then they billed me again. After my bank spoke to them, they said the charge would be removed, but then they billed me a third time. Horrible company, avoid at all costs.
Very poorly designed heart monitor (I’m a senior electronic design engineer). If you want to use it you have to learn to ignore its incessant messages about poor skin contact. I have no confidence in the data and do not believe that a reasonable diagnosis can be made using the data.
Horrible service. Delivery took 5 days when it should have taken two. Waited on hold twice for 15 minutes before I could get help and then I had to call back again because I was not in a position to install device. I returned the device today without using it. I will find another provider.
Absolutely the worst medical provider I’ve ever encountered. Impossible to speak with someone who cares whether you live or die. If you don’t like our service, just send the monitor back and find another provider. Don’t expect anything and you’ll still be disappointed.
I worked here in IT from Oct 2010 until May 2016. The company was acquired by Preventice (Rochester, Minnesota) in approximately 2015 3rd quarter. The new company began outsourcing as soon as Q1,2016 began with all billing calls going to …
Constant poor skin connection. Left bad burns and open sores on my chest. Had to remove after two weeks because it became too painful even with sensitive skin pads. I heard you must be allergic to tape. Never had a problem with tape before or since. Preventice is the poor connection.
This company accuses people of keeping their monitors. They billed us for a monitor we sent back. If you have one if their heart monitors, video tape yourself mailing it and send back with certified mail.
Just received a bill in the mail after using this product 8 months ago. They conveniently backdated it 2 months. I’m pretty sure my credit can take the hit, I’ve never not paid something, but as I thought, this place is a scam.

If I could give negative stats I would. Over a week ago my cardiologist ordered a monitor. I called today and it has not even been shipped yet. Asked for a supervisor and was told I could not speak to one. Asked for the corporate address and was told to look it up.

Rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional employees.
Awful
Very good work environment
Great price
Incompetent. Cannot send info to Doc’s office.
They left a callback number with me that was a fax number. Incompetent all around.
Wife works for this company; they all seem like good people
Product does not work consistently. Company is dishonest.
Website was helpful. Customer service on phone was very helpful and courteous.
Support is non-existant. They “open tickets” then never call back.
Spotty customer service. Horrible quality devices. I absolutely do not reccomend utilizing this company.
Don’t ever work for this company, period! Everything is refurbished poorly and dirty.
Horrible customer service. Slow shipping. No follow up. I urge all patients and providers to use alternative means of monitoring.
What an unfriendly bunch. I try to call them and the telephonist says she can’t understand me. Put me on a never ending hold.
Really rude and nasty customer service!!! Terrible attitude!!
