Driver rudely accosted us for our trash can placement in what could have just been a simple conversation or a just letting you know type of conversation especially since this was the first time I have heard of him having this problem with our placement
They were nice, brought container quickly, emptied on time, and no problems.
I live in a community off of Hosking and today I watched him pick up the garbage can with the truck and trash went all over the community and he didn’t even bother to pick some of it up. Trash can wasn’t even full either. Should be held accountable.
Company definitely needs a revamp..they don’t bill and expect us to know when our bill is due since they shut their website down. I don’t know if they realize that.. first you send an itemized bill of services and then the customer pays..
