I really like my Doctor but when I called to make an appointment you kept on hold saveral minutes after that those lady will pick the call at the call center and pretend as if they Don’t get you hang up the call, this has happened to me more than 11 times with this same office
Unfortunately they don’t seem to answer the phone. My PCP left the practice so I called to see if I could get another doctor, but gave up after half an hour on hold. I had intentionally waited until Thursday mid-morning because I thought it wouldn’t be too busy.
Dr. Thippanna is amazing, very caring and knowledgeable. I left my primary care physician of over 20 years to see him instead. He is first class. I have several autoimmune diseases, arthritis and he has been remarkable caring for me and my multiple issues.
