Drivers pick and choose if they want to pick up your items or not. Especially when its cold and they don’t feel like doing it. Don’t bother calling the office for help. It’s a waste of time.
We have had a few problems, but they have always worked with us to resolve issues. The staff was compliant, not nasty. I think some of these reviews stem from problem people.
there was a good effort made by the employees to fix an issue we had, and we appreciate the ability of this company to fix these issues rather then avoid them. Like wise, felt it was important to recognize this and upgrade the rating.
We just moved to the area and have had a wonderful experience with this service so far. When I have called to ask questions, Kelsey has been very helpful at answering them. Thank you all for the excellent service!
I wish I could give Prineville Disposal less than one star. Between picking and choosing what they will take, the passive aggressive notes, additional mystery fees, and mistakes made on their end that we have to pay for and still not get our service I’m livid! I wish there was an alternative to this company.
The staff is extremely rude. Refuses to pick up my trash unless they get paid double. They skipped my house completely on my block. He knocked my trash can over in the street and left it. The horrible receptionist was a batty old crab This is the worst company I have every had the DISPLEASURE to work with.
Second Time in a row they didn’t pick up my trash! My trash can sets with a bunch of cans! If they don’t like my can then leave a note on it and I will take care of the issue! The young lady on the phone said she would talk to the driver …
Their recycling policy is a crime against the planet. Their drivers speed past our home regularly in a 25 mph zone. Don’t even think about asking for a new trash bin. They have a “We do what we like” business mentality.
Wow what a joke of a company this has become. Horrible service and just plain bad business practices in all avenues of this company. Wish we had another choice to go with as everyone I have talked with and obviously most google users hate this company with a passion.
