If I had a say over what property management our HOA used, I would not use Priority Property Management. Jennifer was condescending and unhelpful. I’m surprised she is in charge of email communications, due to her lack of professionalism. Very disappointing.
Don’t not buy property associated with priority property management. Their rating clearly represents how this association represents the community. I mean this association is great if you like horrible customer service, endless HOA fee increases, and predatory tow companies (collins towing) harassing your community.
