Absolutely horrible. It has been a nightmare since I started with them. They don’t pick up or half pick up they won’t issue credit for it and the customer service is horrible. Stay far away as soon as what I already paid for ends I am switching companies.
Only had 2 incidents where they didn’t make it out, and they showed up the next day at night to get our trash. Been with them for over 2 years.

We have had Pro Star Waste service for 5 years (prior to new ownership) and have had very good service for our dumpster needs. There was a bit of an adjustment under the new owners, but we can rely on them for twice weekly service of our 16 dumpsters and call ins for roll-off dumpsters as well.
