What a blessing this place has been I came into it not sure if I even thought it was appropriate for myself it turns out that it has worked incredibly well for me the staff is absolutely professional and the building itself is immaculate I appreciate the staff’s attitude they try very hard to accommodate whatever issues you’re having.
Wonderful care from caring people. I had to bring my adult impaired daughter to most visit and they were so kind to her. Also any question I had was described in layman terms. Also my elbow injury is a WC case (not very kind people) but this office even explains alot of the WC frustration. Still going and enjoy my visits

Im under VA care and was allowed visits for PT in my community because the VA therapy clinic is in Johnson City and deemed too far for regular visits. That worked out great for me because, I couldn’t be happier than I am with PTS! The staff is awesome ❤️

This was the 2nd time that I used Pro Therapy. This last time was due to an automobile accident that left me with an impinged shoulder. Bryan listened to my symptoms and was able to relieve some of my pain. He was excellent and I will need and request his services again.

Jenny did a wonderful job explaining the procedure. She showed me the film and told me what it meant. The goggles they use for vertigo treatment are claustrophobic, but she made that much less unpleasant by being very soothing. If you have vertigo, she is a specialist and I highly recommend PTS.
