Just had the worst customer service experience with this company I have ever had. Office staff refused to answer simple questions about their policy and hung up on me. Would not recommend this company to anyone. We pay them tons of money and get zero help and unprofessional behavior.
My opinion is “I hate dealing with this company” it’s borderline harassment in the way they enforce every little single rule. No room to breathe. And threatening fines! I hate this company!
This company’s Property manager is no knowledge Unethical and unprofessional misconduct, and also disrespect, dishonest, discriminate, offensive behavior toward homeowners. This kind of manger should be out of our community.

I have always been happy with PPM. They respond quickly to me and always act in the best interest of our HOA. Our landscaping looks good, our pool is clean, and they are super helpful.
$140 HOA per month (Townhome) yet I always have weeds and long grass that needs to be cut and yellow grass. Also, we should get a discount on dues if we mow our own grass bc now this HOA doesn’t mow if it’s enclosed in a fence even if it has a gate.
