  4. This was my first time going to this location and it won’t be my last. I called to get basic information and Lisa was so great on the phone that it brought me in. I am in the service industry and it’s hard to get a great customer service experience, but they have it there. Wonderful, helpful people. Thank you.

  6. The store is NEVER open for posted hours! Have gone on 6 different occasions and they are closed more than 30 mins before posted times. I call first to confirm and on machine posts same hours as here online. You arrive at store and they are locked up! Terrible service. Will never try to use them again.

  8. UPS had a challenge delivering an urgent package, and Josh worked hard to get package delivered. Everything worked out because of him. There are so many UPS and FedEx places around, but its the people that make a difference in whom you select these days.

  9. Employee too slow, 2nd time here for copies. 1st time took 70 minutes and today I’m on line for 35 minutes already. Only see 5 people inside and we are 5 people in the outside. Regional Manager should pass by immediately and find what is the problem, poor training or bad equipment.
