Results to be back within 7-10 days, now 9 days later.. Still waiting. No way of reaching them through the web site??? Not happy!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!!!!

I filled out the form and sent in the test. A month later, nothing. I sent an inquiry to the lab on the test, no response. I think Home Depot has to take some responsibility and take this off the shelf.

Have worked with Pro Lab since early 2000’s. Just spoke to Tammy and she was more then happy to take time to explain test results in a nice easy to understand manner. You can tell that she is the type of person that is more then happy to go that extra mile. Way to go PRO-LAB!!!!!

Sent in sample and paid $15 extra for faster results. No response and just try to call, you will be on hold for an hour and then they hang up on you….
