Cannot get resolution on an account billing. Multiple attempts from myself and insurance agents showing wrong billing amounts have failed to solve issue.

These people let Doctors do what they please to do, as in overprescribing for years and nothing was done about a certain doctor. He was forced into retirement vs. being exposed for the “problem”. Very dissatisfied with the way this was left to happen or how it was handled.
