Billing is horrible. They would rather reflexively send you to collections than to dare send a claim to two locations. Ask your doctor for them by name. And try not to do business with them.

I get and pay all of my bills online. Propath needs to get with the program and stop wasting paper and sending paper bills that get lost in the pounds of junk mail clogging mailboxes across the US.
Had my biopsy sent in to Propath and had a wonderful experience dealing with the customer service department. They are extremely friendly and helpful and made the experience that much easier for me.
This lab should be shut down. Repeated and intentional billing issues. They claimed several more biopsies than what our physician actually took then sent the bill to collections almost immediately after we started asking questions
Had to have a skin biopsy done on my arm, the dermatologist sent it stat to ProPath. To my surprise I was contacted by my Dr.’s office the next morning with the results. Could not recommend them more.
EDITED: After a couple of very difficult dealings with Propath, I was contacted by a supervisor (Stacy) who has promised to resolve the issues at hand. She has been wonderful and I am hopeful that the problems I’ve experienced will turn around from this point.

My experiences with ProPath are not by choice, but determined by my family physicians who have put trust in this Pathology group to read and diagnose case’s. In my specific situation lymph node FNA, looking for cancer. I didn’t like the bill, but the result was outstanding healthcare.
Their Client Response team is great! They seem to have a lot of knowledge and you can hear the smile in their voice on the other end. That is a rare find when dealing with most customer service departments. 5 stars!

The only issue I had with the phone call I made was the hoops I had to jump through to get an agent on the phone but once I reached a rep, I was taken care of. Thank you.
