Have called multiple times trying to speak with management “Jeff” 2 weeks now and still no return phone call about how rude and degrading his employee was! Office staff is absolutely useless in trying to help me solve this issue! Horrific customer service! Avoid these people at all costs, they could careless about the consumer!
Very disappointed in Provanta. Been paying my tank rental fee for years-but they are removing the tank from our home because we ‘don’t use it enough’. They’re removing it in November, right as the weather turns colder.
