This bank is racist. They don’t open account for non US citizen. Can’t believe they live in 21st century.
Poor customer service. This is an antiquated bank with procedures that have not been updated for the 21st century. There is always a wait even if there are only a handful of customers.

Refused to open an account for non US citizens. I wish this kind of “old school” banks can go bankrupt ASAP.
This is an old school establishment where the staff is relaxed and accommodating. You won’t have the flare of big banks but they will get your job done.
Very nice and friendly staff who value personal relationships with their clients. They didn’t even get mad at me when I lost two debit cards in one day and had to have new ones made!
