Nice office staff, weird phone system, like you call and can’t get a person or leave a message and I got one bill, paid it then got another bill with a not-so-nice collection letter. So no, not professionally run. As for counselor, nice but DEFINITELY “alternative”. Fine if that’s your cup of tea.
